There
is a new date for the trial. Instead of Tuesday, Nov.
8th, we have a new date of Thursday, Nov. 10th at 1 p.m.
Be sure to check with them next week as there was some
talk that the trial may be postponed yet again! No
subpoena delivered or mailed to the Wagners so it is a
good thing that the people at the Court can give us this
information. Their phone number is 575-835-2500, ext 108.
