The article by Terry Last really does cover the topic very well with one exception. Information on almost all topics on the agenda is forwarded to the Trustees before the meeting but the Trustees with a few exceptions do not read that information which leads to lengthy discussion covering questions already answered in the prepared data. One Trustee claimed that "he worked for a living" when called on the fact that the Board was unprepared.   The SEC Board of Trustees is also a "job" and a well paid one at that. Members of that board should step up to their responsibilities and stop wasting the member's time and money..
